Shipping and Delivery

DUE TO COVID THERE HAVE BEEN DELAYS IN SOME POSTAGE SERVICES. GENERALLY WE HAVE EXPERIENCED NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES, HOWEVER, THERE HAVE BEEN SHORT DELAYS TO INTERSTATE ADDRESSES. PLEASE ALLOW FOR THIS. 

We post through Australia Post.

All Australia wide orders over $70 will not be charged shipping. Australia wide orders under $70 will incur a $15 postage charge. 

Express options are available for Australia wide orders for an additional charge. This will be calculated according to your location. Express orders are posted within 24 hours.

Orders will generally be posted out 1- 2days of being received. If you require your order urgently, please inform us of the urgency to ensure we are aware of this and we will get your order processed ASAP.

If you wish to get organised early and would like to place your order well in advance of your special event/day, please indicate your event date in check out and we will schedule your order to be posted out four weeks prior to this date. This ensures your prefered colour of roses are available and will be in optimum condition for the big day. When placing your order, by placing your wedding/event date in at checkout your order will automatically be scheduled to be posted out 4 weeks before this date. If you havent received your order by 2 weeks before your wedding/event date please CONTACT US. Rarely are there misshaps but on the odd occassion there are delays in Australia post. We have tracking for all of our orders and can quickly find where your order is.

RETURNS: 

We understand that things happens and you might change your mind - we will always help to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase. However, in the case of a refund is required our policies are:

Returns are allowed providing your order doesn't contain custom mixed petals. (custom mix - more than one colour selected and mixed together)  All standard colours or colour mixes (mixes that are pre-mixed by us and selected as a mixture in the colour choice selector)

For orders returned due to no fault of ours - ie) Correct product/colours were posted within the time frame of our shipping guide linesmust be returned in undamaged, unopened condition within 4 weeks of being posted. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price. This is to cover our time and any damages of the product through postage due to the rose petals delicate nature. 

Orders returned due to a issue/mistake made by Freeze dried rose petals will be refunded in full.
