Our Freeze Dried Rose Petals are grown on site our Farm in central Victoria. Our petals are not treated with any dyes, colours, fragrances...just real roses - freeze dried!

Freeze drying is a process which freezes the rose petals and then heats them slowly over a course of 10-12 days while under a high vacuum environment. Moisture from the petals it turned from ice to vapour and contained in a seperate chamber - producing long lasting petals that wont wilt or stain.
